Parcelify protect is an optional service offered at checkout that includes free returns, a 30-day price match guarantee, and parcel insurance (via Shipsurance).
A shopper may request to return some or all of the items they purchased to the store they purchased from.
Certain conditions and limitations apply as outlined in our purchaser TOS.

Our Parcelify Protect Price Match Guarantee is as follows:
If an item is on sale for more than 72 hours within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a partial refund equal to the difference in price.
Of course certain eligibility requirements must be met and limitations apply as outlined in our purchaser TOS.

Free Return Shipping and Price Match claims should be submitted as soon as possible.
All claims of this nature must be filed within 60 days of purchase.
In general, parcel insurance covers against physical loss, damage, or theft of a package in transit or shortly after delivery.
Errors in shipping caused by the shop itself as well as some products (such as perishable goods and high-value luxury items) may not be covered. Please see specific sections of this FAQ, our Purchaser Terms of Service, or Merchant Terms of Service for further details.
Note: PARCELIFY PROTECT IS A VALUE-ADDED SERVICE AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INSURANCE. IT IS NOT REGULATED AS AN INSURANCE PRODUCT, NOR IS CLEVER FEW CORP. AN INSURANCE PROVIDER.

Parcelify Protect includes up to three free return shipments per order.
Up to three returns may be covered per order, or we may provide replacement products instead of asking for the item to be returned. Finally, orders are reimbursed for the total cost of return shipping or $2500 USD, whichever is lower.
Customized/personalized goods, perishable goods, dangerous goods (i.e. damaged batteries), oversized items, and products specifically marked as ‘no-returns’ upon purchase may all be considered ineligible for Free Returns.

Free returns are covered for 30 days from date of delivery.

So long as the sale is posted on the same product (same SKU, size, color, etc) from the same store within 30 days of purchase, the product is eligible for our price match guarantee.
Eligible refunds are limited to 50% of the order total or $2500 USD, whichever is lower.

These questions apply to the individual making a purchase from a store that offers Parcelify Protect.
Please Email the shop you purchased from within 30 days of purchase. The shop will review your concern and provide further instructions on how your return should be handled.
Similar to free returns, please email the shop you purchased from within 30 days with a copy of your original receipt and a screenshot or valid URL link to the sale item to the merchant.
You, the shopper, should submit claims to the shop you purchased from. We encourage you to provide as much information as possible including dates, tracking numbers, and photo evidence (if applicable) so the retailer can submit their claim to us in a timely fashion.
The shop you purchased from will decide on the manner of compensation if your claim is approved. This may take the form of a refund, replacement, or direct payment as appropriate.
We ask our merchants be attentive and timely in responding to your claim requests.

These questions apply to store owners who offer Parcelify Protect.
Parcelify Protect will show up during rate selection. Each Protect offer is paired with a standard (non-protect) rate. For example, if you offered a Standard Shipping rate for $50, two rates would appear:

We ask that you acknowledge all Protect claims in a timely manner and are specifically bound to a response time in regards to parcel insurance.
Free returns and price match claims will be reviewed and discretionarily approved by the Parcelify team. Parcel insurance claims will be directed to our Shipsurance partner for further review.
