Parcelify Protect

Parcelify Protect allows you to provide post purchase protection at checkout. With Parcelify Protect you can offer your customers:

  • Free return shipping (up to 3 returns per order)
  • Lowest Price Guarantee will reimburse your customers if a product goes on sale after they make their purchase
  • Parcel insurance covers lost or damaged shipments (via Shipsurance)

These assurances help drive sales and increase your average order value by giving your customers the peace of mind to complete their purchase without stressing about returns, waiting for a sale, or worrying about getting stuck with the bill if their order is damaged in transport.

Customers who select a shipping rate at checkout marked (Protected) will receive Parcelify Protect.

Enabling Protection

To enable Parcelify Protect:

  1. Navigate to the Parcelify app in your Shopify admin area
  2. Once opened, select Settings from the left-hand menu
  3. In the Parcelify Protect section of your Parcelify settings, click Enable Protect



Once enabled all Parcelify rates will be offered alongside a (Protected) version of the same rate.
